Ruff's Saga Continues

Just as Ruff the Boxer went through his metamorphosis, his illustrations will as well! I am currently working through polishing up what has been done so far. Today I will start a new adventure for Ruff...swimming! (We all know Boxers are not the best swimmers!)

Custom Animal Portraiture to benefit "Florida Boxer Rescue"

Florida Boxer Rescue is an organization I became involved with in August of 2007. I adopted Tilly, a nine year old female and she became the love of my life. This past August Tilly passed over to the "Rainbow Bridge." At the end of September I adopted Abby, a wonderful girl who is bringing joy and laughter to our lives.

The people dedicated to this rescue are an amazing group. The love and care they give to these dogs in need is astonishing. Each year at thier annual Boxer Bash I donate a portrait to be auctioned with all proceeds going to help with the large medical bills that accumulate while taking care of these dogs when they first enter the rescue program.

To help more in these hard economic times I have decided to donate 25% of all portrait commissions to Florida Boxer Rescue.

Please help these wonderful people help these dogs in need. Contact me for a portrait of your pet and you will know that your purchase has helped another living being. Not only will you have a wonderful way to always remember your pet, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you helped someone else know the joy of pet ownership.
